A lifelong resident of Wayne County, Regina graduated from Cass Technical High School in Detroit. Regina attended Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt University School of Law in pursuit of her dream of becoming a lawyer. Upon graduation Regina returned to Detroit to begin her career as an attorney. Over the course of the last 22 years, Regina has served her community in various capacities. Regina has worked not only as a legal aid attorney; she has also served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office and an assistant attorney general for the State of Michigan Department of Attorney General. In doing so, she has worked to reunite families, protect victims of crimes and provide essential legal assistance to under resourced people in our community. Regina is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Throughout her career Regina has served on various boards. Regina is a devoted wife and mother of two sons.
